Job Overview

Serve as the primary day-to-day analytics partner for Harry’s/Flamingo Amazon 1P team. Own weekly and monthly performance reporting on Vendor Central and translate data into clear narratives. Diagnose performance shifts, lead product/category deep dives, and competitive analyses to drive growth. Support test-and-learn measurement, assist in forecasting and business planning.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary analytics partner for Harry’s/Flamingo Amazon 1P team
Own weekly and monthly performance reporting on Vendor Central
Diagnose performance shifts using driver-based analysis
Lead product/category deep dives and competitive analyses
Support test-and-learn measurement and define success metrics

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, Marketing, or a related field
2-4 years of experience in eCommerce analytics or related data-focused role
Familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central and eCommerce performance metrics
Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities
Self-starter with ability to manage projects independently
