Collaborate with partners to develop targeted account strategies and enhance business opportunities. Present value-led proposals to executives and work closely with various teams to deliver successful proposals and implementations. This position requires a bachelor's degree in business or related field and a minimum of 8 years of experience in selling D365 Customer Service and MS solutions in a high-touch environment.
Experience with Power Platform, Azure Data & AI, and CCaaS is a plus. Ideal candidates will have strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills across all levels of an organization, coupled with industry experience in Manufacturing, Healthcare/Life Sciences, Retail, or Financial Services.
