Director of Design

Job Overview

As the Director of Design for New Products, you will co-lead a Product Group, defining vision, strategy, and roadmap. Your primary focus will be on delivering measurable user outcomes and business results while ensuring a cohesive design vision across the product group. You will also be responsible for providing actionable feedback and coaching to designers, as well as overseeing meaningful research based on customer insights. Additionally, you will co-lead the Design Team, hire and develop diverse designers, and play a key role in product area scaling with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Product Group, defining vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Deliver measurable user outcomes and business results
• Provide actionable feedback and coaching to designers
• Oversee meaningful research based on customer insights
• Co-lead the Design Team, hiring and developing diverse designers

Requirements & Qualifications

• 12+ years designing and delivering high-quality product experiences
• 3+ years of people management and design leadership experience
• Experience in product-led B2B/B2C; SaaS experience preferred
• Experience in complex systems and multi-product environments
• Experience designing AI-driven product experiences; AI in design a plus
