Responsibilities
  • Own international sales performance, pipeline, forecasting, and revenue
  • Manage and develop a team of international AEs and SDRs
  • Hire, onboard, and ramp future international sales talent
  • Establish sales strategy for Europe and future expansion
  • Partner with key departments to align regions and design scalable processes
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Experience leading and scaling sales teams
  • Strong deal execution skills
  • International sales experience or building sales motions outside the US
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to execute
  • Strong judgment around hiring, prioritization, and resource allocation
