Responsibilities

Own international sales performance, pipeline, forecasting, and revenue
Manage and develop a team of international AEs and SDRs
Hire, onboard, and ramp future international sales talent
Establish sales strategy for Europe and future expansion
Partner with key departments to align regions and design scalable processes

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience leading and scaling sales teams
Strong deal execution skills
International sales experience or building sales motions outside the US
Strategic mindset with the ability to execute
Strong judgment around hiring, prioritization, and resource allocation
