Director, People Analytics

Figma is seeking a remote Director of People Analytics to lead and scale our analytics function. This role is responsible for leveraging data-driven insights to inform people strategies and enhance organizational effectiveness. • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and models to track key metrics.
• Promote a data-driven culture within the People team and broader organization.
• Ensure data privacy and compliance in all people analytics initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in people analytics, HR analytics, or related fields.
• Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with data visualization and analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Excel).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
