EHS Manager - Semiconductor Plants

As the Environmental Health & Safety Manager, you will lead the EHS Management System design and improvements to ensure ISO and legal compliance. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing the EHS strategy and KPIs with senior leadership for high-risk operations in semiconductor manufacturing. You will drive chemical process safety and hazardous materials management, oversee emergency response, drills, and safety training for chemical risks, and lead investigations, root-cause analysis, and CAPA across production and facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead EHS Management System design and improvements
• Ensure ISO and legal compliance
• Develop and execute EHS strategy and KPIs
• Drive chemical process safety and hazardous materials management
• Oversee emergency response, drills, and safety training
• Lead investigations, root-cause analysis, and CAPA

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field
• 5+ years leading EHS in industrial/high-tech
• Experience in chemical process safety and hazardous materials in semiconductor plants
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory frameworks
• EHS Master’s degree covering Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Ergonomics
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
