Job Overview

Responsibilities

Work cross-functionally with Sales, Client Development, Member Outreach, etc.
Own client eligibility file setup, monitoring, and accuracy.
Lead client conversations about data integrations, configurations, member workflows, etc.
Identify and escalate risks to successful implementation.
Proactively resolve complex issues in a dynamic environment.

Requirements & Qualifications

8+ years experience in analytics, implementation, or operations role in healthcare.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Working knowledge of healthcare file formats, MySQL, SSO technologies.
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree a plus.
