Stripe is seeking an experienced EMEA Sales Vendor Manager to oversee and optimize sales vendor operations across the region. This full-time, remote position is open to candidates located anywhere in the United Kingdom. As a key member of the sales team, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to drive sales performance and ensure exceptional service delivery for internet businesses using Stripe's online payment solutions.

Job Overview

The EMEA Sales Vendor Manager will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, supporting sales initiatives, and ensuring alignment with Stripe’s strategic goals. The role requires strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills to effectively manage cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop relationships with sales vendors across the EMEA region.
  • Monitor vendor performance and implement improvement plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with Stripe’s standards and operational policies.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and drive informed business decisions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in vendor management or sales operations.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with online payment processing and SaaS platforms.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Knowledge of EMEA markets and business practices.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
