Job Overview

Join our team as a Director, Employment & Litigation Counsel where you will advise on global employment laws, partner with People on lifecycle matters, represent the company in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings, manage a diverse caseload of employment disputes, develop and implement litigation strategies, monitor changes in global employment law, and provide training and consultation on employment matters.

Responsibilities

  • Represent the company in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings
  • Manage a diverse caseload of employment disputes
  • Develop and implement litigation strategies with internal/external counsel
  • Monitor changes in global employment law and industry trends
  • Provide training and consultation on employment matters to the business
Requirements & Qualifications
  • JD from accredited law school
  • Bar admission in at least one jurisdiction
  • 5+ years in law firms or in-house
  • Strong employment law knowledge, including whistleblower and class actions
  • Deep experience in litigation/arbitration/regulatory actions
  • Experience managing outside counsel
  • Strategic thinker with strong written/verbal communication and leadership skills
