Eng. Mgr, Infrastructure Platforms

Hire, lead, and support a high-performing Infrastructure Platforms team to deliver strong results at GitLab. Partner with Product Managers and other teams to define and deliver scalable infrastructure platforms. Own agile delivery, guide security, reliability, performance, and scalability of core components, and collaborate across different groups to ensure platform needs are met. Encourage continuous improvement in service quality and participate in Incident Management. Must have experience leading infrastructure teams, strong technical background, expertise in running large platforms, and ability to hire and develop team members effectively.
