Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years in patient services or care coordination
• 2+ years call center experience
• 2+ years supervisory experience
• Experience supporting cancer patients or behavioral health
• Startup or high-growth environment experience
• Comfortable with digital platforms and workflow automation
