Responsibilities

Manage a growing engineering team
Identify and measure team health indicators
Implement disciplined engineering processes
Ensure proper team focus on priorities and milestones
Deliver quality managed services

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelors (or equivalent) degree in a technology field
Proven track record in software delivery or managing operations teams
Experience with OpenStack
Strong commitment to testing methodologies
Experience with Linux system administration, Ubuntu/Debian a plus
Experience with agile software development
Technical aptitude for understanding complex distributed systems
Experience with cloud topologies and technologies
