As an Engineering Manager for Tax Payments and Filings, you will lead a high-performing engineering team to build systems that ensure correctness and efficiency in tax processes. Responsibilities

• Build an inclusive and collaborative engineering culture
• Coach and sustain a high-performing engineering team through 1:1s
• Maintain cross-functional links with Product, Data, Tax Ops, and Tax teams
• Set technical direction and reduce overhead for tax changes
• Understand the Tax domain to make informed team decisions

Requirements & Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering with backend systems experience
• 2-4 years in engineering management, coaching, and sustaining teams
• Deep expertise in designing, building, and scaling high-volume systems
• Operational excellence in managing production systems
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
