Stripe is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our Enterprise team serving the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region. This full-time, remote position is based in Poland and offers the opportunity to drive growth for Stripe's online payment solutions among top internet businesses.

Job Overview

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with large enterprise clients, understanding their payment needs, and delivering innovative solutions that help them grow. You will work remotely, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage a robust pipeline of enterprise prospects in the CEE region
Drive the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals
Understand customer needs and propose tailored Stripe solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in enterprise sales, preferably in SaaS or fintech
Strong knowledge of online payment processing
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Fluency in English; proficiency in a CEE language is a plus
Ability to work independently and remotely within Poland
