Kiva is seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Enterprise Partnerships to drive impactful collaborations with organizations across the United States. This full-time, remote opportunity empowers you to build relationships and create partnerships that support Kiva’s mission of expanding access to financial services and changing lives through microloans.

Job Overview

Lead enterprise partnership initiatives to grow Kiva’s reach and social impact.
Work remotely from anywhere in the United States.
Develop strategic alliances with key partners and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, pursue, and secure new enterprise partnerships aligned with Kiva’s mission.
Manage and nurture existing partner relationships for long-term success.
Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute partnership strategies.
Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
Track, analyze, and report on partnership performance and impact.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in enterprise partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Passion for social impact and Kiva’s mission of financial inclusion.
