ERP Developer (Dynamics 365 BC)

BetterMe, a leading wellness-focused company, is seeking a skilled ERP Developer to join our internal team and support the implementation and optimization of our SaaS-ERP based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. You'll play a key role in developing, integrating, and enhancing our ERP solutions to support international financial operations, all while maintaining high standards of data privacy and security. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain two-way ERP integrations with international banks and financial services.
• Conduct code reviews of custom ERP developments to ensure compliance with standards.
• Perform customizations and enhancements to ERP solutions, following best practices.
• Optimize performance and provide ongoing support for ERP implementations.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for all ERP-related projects.
• Collaborate closely with ERP Consultants and Solution Architects.
• Break down and estimate subprojects for efficient planning and delivery.
• Audit, refactor, and modernize existing ERP extensions as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2.5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (AL, C/AL) in ERP projects.
• Expertise in developing cloud-based extensions for Business Central SaaS, considering event-driven architecture and system constraints.
• Proficiency in integrating Business Central with external systems, banks, marketplaces, and financial services.
• Solid understanding of event-driven development and use of Azure Services (Storage, Service Bus, Functions, Logic Apps).
• Hands-on experience with Git, Visual Studio Code, GitHub AL-Go, or Azure DevOps.
• Intermediate or higher level of English.
• Certifications in D365 BC, experience with banking/data warehouse integrations, and web development (REST, SOAP, OAuth 2.0, OData, Azure Functions) are a plus.
• Experience with .NET, C#, and MVC frameworks is advantageous.
