Job Overview

Seeking an experienced Executive Assistant / Strategic Operations Lead to drive AI product initiatives and streamline processes.

Responsibilities

Own executive calendars and optimize meetings for planning and coaching.
Lead strategic operations and drive AI product initiatives from concept to delivery.
Coordinate across units, external partners, clients, and vendors.
Build systems to streamline recurring processes and enable AI automation.
Define and track North Star KPIs; monitor progress and resolve blockers.
Manage travel, meeting coordination, and logistics for engagements.

Requirements & Qualifications

3+ years of executive assistant, operations, or Chief of Staff-capable experience.
Fluent English (written and verbal).
Proven Autonomy: able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Technical Proficiency in AI-enabled workflows and project management methodologies.
Strategic Judgment: strong organizational skills and ability to navigate ambiguity.
Ownership Mindset: high EI, proactive, and accountable.
Time zone alignment with Central or Latin America preferred.
Experience supporting founders or small business leadership.
