Facilities Manager

Job Overview

Lead facilities team for production, R&D, and office spaces. Oversee site-level projects on schedule and budget.

Ensure readiness of clean rooms, RF labs, production lines, and M&P systems. Implement preventative maintenance to maximize uptime. Champion site safety; ensure OSHA compliance and safety culture.

Set up and maintain disposal/treatment for hazardous wastes.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities team for production, R&D, and office spaces.
• Oversee site-level projects on schedule and budget.
• Ensure readiness of clean rooms, RF labs, production lines, and M&P systems.
• Implement preventative maintenance to maximize uptime.
• Champion site safety; ensure OSHA compliance and safety culture.
• Set up and maintain disposal/treatment for hazardous wastes.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 5+ years in facilities ops in a technical environment (manufacturing or R&D).
• Proven experience leading a technical team for hands-on ops.
• Hands-on knowledge of high-power electrical, generators, HVAC, and fire systems.
• Experience operating forklifts, boom lifts, cranes and heavy equipment.
• Aerospace manufacturing experience (bonus).
