Job Overview

As a Field Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for responding promptly to maintenance and repair requests, overseeing contractors, purchasing supplies, performing preventive maintenance, and conducting repairs across various trades.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance and repair requests
• Assist in scheduling and communicating with contractors
• Purchase maintenance supplies as needed
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs
• Travel within the region for field-based work

Requirements & Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on property maintenance experience
• Proficient in diagnosing and repairs across plumbing, electrical, appliances, and carpentry
• Able to manage and complete independent work orders
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Plumbing license is a plus
