Plan and execute federal dinners, meetups, happy hours, and trade shows. Align event activities with sales goals and Federal leadership priorities. Manage contractors, production firms, vendors, and event budgets. Coordinate marketing campaigns and MQL reporting with Growth. Track ROI and performance of events in Salesforce. Own Scale’s annual hosted federal conferences. 5+ years in federal event marketing/management. Experience fully managing events 30-500 attendees. Ability to multitask across projects and liaise with multiple stakeholders. Impeccable attention to detail and proactive troubleshooting. Excellent written and verbal communication with executives.
