Demand Generation Event Management Hubspot SaaS Sales Technology

This role involves planning and executing regional marketing programs, collaborating with sales teams, managing event logistics, leading demand generation efforts, and tracking ROI using various tools.

Key Responsibilities

Plan regional marketing programs, conferences, and events
Collaborate with regional sales to target accounts and pipeline
Manage end-to-end event execution including strategy, budgeting, and logistics
Lead in-person and digital demand gen to grow pipeline
Track and report ROI in SFDC
Manage regional event budgets for efficient delivery

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
3-5 years in B2B field marketing, event marketing, or demand gen; SaaS/tech preferred
Proven experience executing in-person and virtual marketing programs
Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills with attention to detail
Comfortable partnering with and influencing sales stakeholders
Analytical mindset with experience tracking performance using HubSpot, SFDC, or similar tools
