As a Field Sales Director, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and evaluating sales strategies with minimal guidance from the Leadership team. Your role will involve managing 6-8 regional sales managers, hitting supply acquisition, upsell, and retention targets, serving as the primary negotiation backstop to close challenging deals, and driving regional growth targets. Additionally, you will need to foster cross-functional collaboration to achieve growth and support your team through travel within your region.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of progressive B2B SaaS sales management
  • 3+ years managing managers
  • 2+ years B2B SaaS sales IC with quota track
  • Salesforce, Salesloft, and MS Office proficiency
  • Public speaking with executive audiences
