As a Financial Operations Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing communications with vendors, employees, and customers. You will support payroll, accounts payable, tax, and expense processes in a fast-growing organization. Collaborating across HR, Finance, and Operations is key to improving processes and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting.

Requirements & Qualifications
  • Data-driven and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Proficient with ADP, Ramp, and Bill.com for payroll/AP tasks
  • Familiar with Avalara for sales tax filings and tax compliance basics
  • Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite in finance operations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer service focus
