Job Overview

As a Forward Deployed Engineer Strategist at ElevenLabs, you will work with a dynamic team to deploy voice AI technology to solve complex customer problems.

Responsibilities

Meet with strategic customers to understand their critical audio and voice AI needs.
Identify use cases and work with Engineers to implement voice and audio AI technology in innovative solutions.
Design and architect integrations for customers, ensuring seamless fit into their products.
Present results and proposals to technical and executive audiences.
Collaborate with Research and Product teams to incorporate field insights into software products.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience working with customers in a technical capacity.
Basic proficiency in Python and API integration.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Proven track record of taking ownership of complex projects.
Adaptability to work across different customer environments.
