Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, prospect, and cultivate relationships with SMB brokers and payroll platform providers.
  • Lead engaging product demos and clearly articulate CLASP’s value proposition.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from outreach to deal closure.
  • Develop deep product expertise and stay informed on industry trends and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align go-to-market strategies and optimize client outcomes.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3+ years of SaaS sales experience, ideally in compliance-heavy SMB verticals.
  • Proven record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive attitude.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and revenue operations tools.
  • Experience or knowledge in benefits administration, HR tech, payroll, or insurance brokerage.
  • Experience selling AI-driven or automation-based products is a plus.
