Key Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and cultivate relationships with SMB brokers and payroll platform providers.
Lead engaging product demos and clearly articulate CLASP’s value proposition.
Manage the full sales cycle, from outreach to deal closure.
Develop deep product expertise and stay informed on industry trends and customer needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to align go-to-market strategies and optimize client outcomes.
Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3+ years of SaaS sales experience, ideally in compliance-heavy SMB verticals.
Proven record of exceeding sales quotas.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive attitude.
Familiarity with CRM platforms and revenue operations tools.
Experience or knowledge in benefits administration, HR tech, payroll, or insurance brokerage.
Experience selling AI-driven or automation-based products is a plus.
