Freelance Marketing Analyst Role

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track creator and ambassador campaigns to ensure seamless execution and optimal performance.
• Oversee and optimize CRM workflows, including email and WhatsApp, maintaining accurate and well-segmented customer data.
• Analyze performance data from campaigns and CRM systems, delivering clear daily and weekly reports.
• Identify trends and opportunities across acquisition and retention funnels, recommending data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams while managing deadlines independently.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in marketing analytics, CRM, and campaign management (freelance or in-house).
• Proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel, and familiarity with platforms such as HubSpot, Airtable, Notion, Looker Studio, or Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with remote teams.
• Bonus: Experience with influencer or creator marketing.
• Bonus: Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, n8n) or basic SQL knowledge.
