Job Overview

Remote, full-time position based in EMEA.
Support international clients with payroll and compliance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and nurture relationships with French-speaking customers.
Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and support.
Guide clients through onboarding and ongoing platform usage.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently.
Ensure client satisfaction and retention by delivering outstanding service.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
Experience in customer success, account management, or client support.
Knowledge of payroll, compliance, or HR processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
