Job Overview

Remote, full-time role supporting Grafana Labs' growth in French-speaking markets.
Focus on engaging potential clients and qualifying leads for our composable observability solutions.
Work within a collaborative, international team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and qualify new business opportunities within French-speaking markets.
Initiate outbound communications with prospective customers via email, phone, and social channels.
Work closely with the sales team to nurture leads and schedule meetings.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in CRM tools.
Promote Grafana Labs’ open source observability solutions to potential clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
Previous experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with SaaS or technology sales is an advantage.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Proficient in using CRM and sales engagement platforms.
Based in Spain, with eligibility to work remotely.
