We are seeking a motivated Front-End Web Engineer to blend the art of design with the science of programming. This remote position involves developing visually engaging, user-friendly web interfaces for both public-facing sites and internal tools, collaborating closely with designers and stakeholders to bridge the gap between design and technical implementation. You will play a key role in shaping both the look and functionality of our applications within an evolving technical environment.

Job Overview

Develop new user-facing features and interfaces for both external and internal platforms.
Collaborate with designers, product, and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of design and technology.
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and SEO compliance.
Contribute to the development of internal tools and platforms for non-technical team members.
Maintain consistency and quality across browsers and devices.

Key Responsibilities

Translate design wireframes into responsive, high-quality code.
Build reusable code libraries for future projects.
Ensure technical feasibility and usability of UI/UX designs.
Optimize websites for speed, scalability, and SEO best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver robust solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Advanced proficiency in JavaScript frameworks (ReactJS, AngularJS, or Next.js).
Deep understanding of UX, security, and browser performance optimization.
Experience with CSS pre-processing platforms and server-side rendering.
Familiarity with asynchronous requests, SPA, SSG, and partial page updates.
Proficiency in version control systems such as GitHub.
Knowledge of SEO principles and standards-compliant web development.
Familiarity with tools like Figma and Lokalise is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership.
Reliable remote work setup, including workspace and high-speed internet.
Alignment with company values and leadership principles.
