Join Saviynt as a Principal Engineer, Full-Stack (Agentic AI), and play a pivotal role in designing and developing advanced, cloud-native systems that blend full-stack engineering with cutting-edge agentic AI. This fully remote position is ideal for experienced engineers who are passionate about architecting scalable solutions, leading teams, and integrating autonomous AI behaviors with enterprise-grade software. You will collaborate across functions, drive best practices, and help shape the future of secure identity management in the cloud.

Key Responsibilities

Lead requirements analysis, software architecture, and design for full-stack systems with agentic AI components.
Develop scalable, secure cloud-native services using REST/microservices, modern frontend frameworks, and AI-driven logic.
Implement autonomous modules capable of planning, actuation, and continuous learning, with integrated explainability and safety mechanisms.
Drive coding standards, code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD workflows to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Mentor and lead engineering teams, champion Agile/Scrum methodologies, and foster cross-functional collaboration.

Required Skills & Qualifications

12+ years of software engineering experience, including backend (Java/Spring, REST, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes).
Frontend expertise with React, TypeScript, CSS, and UI component libraries; familiarity with micro-frontend architecture preferred.
Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), DevOps, observability, and CI/CD pipelines.
Prior involvement in AI/ML systems, including agentic behavior design, reinforcement learning, or rule-based reasoning.
Proven leadership in engineering teams with excellent communication, mentoring, and consensus-building skills.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Customer-centric mindset with attention to ethical and responsible AI practices, especially around autonomy and security.
Familiarity with Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), or connector frameworks is a strong plus.
Ability to adapt in fast-paced, evolving environments and balance reactive/proactive system design.
