Grow Therapy is seeking a Full-stack Software Engineer to join our Partnerships Growth team. As a fully remote position for U.S.-based candidates, you will help expand access to affordable mental healthcare by building and maintaining infrastructure that supports strategic partnerships, robust referral systems, and data-sharing capabilities. This is an opportunity to make a direct impact on the success of high-value partners and empower therapists nationwide.

Job Overview

Design and develop scalable referral and partnership infrastructure.
Collaborate closely with partner, support, and marketing teams to create systems for experimentation and troubleshooting.
Ensure compliance and reliability of data-sharing and intake systems.
Contribute to a platform that broadens access to quality mental healthcare.
Work in a flexible, impact-focused remote environment with comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities

Strengthen and maintain referral infrastructure to support high-value partners.
Build systems for strategic partnership intake and secure data sharing.
Provide robust solutions for partner, support, and marketing teams.
Experiment and troubleshoot new features to drive partnership growth.
Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Full-stack expertise with backend services, APIs, and user interfaces.
Proficiency in Python and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React).
Strong collaboration and communication abilities.
Experience with AI tools, B2B integrations, or healthcare systems is a plus.
Impact-oriented mindset with a focus on outcomes.
Adaptability in evolving, fast-paced environments.
