Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the backend of platforms utilizing advanced voice models.
Enhance existing products for improved usability, performance, and integration with third-party solutions.
Strengthen and scale internal infrastructure to ensure reliability, security, and high availability.
Collaborate closely with frontend, growth, and sales teams to design customer-centric solutions.
Implement the latest research breakthroughs into production systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Expertise in Python and backend software development.
Strong understanding of software/system design patterns, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
Knowledge of storage solutions, data structures, test design, and security fundamentals.
Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and deliver high-quality work independently.
Portfolio of past projects, GitHub contributions, or similar artifacts showcasing technical excellence.

Nice to Have

Experience with Kubernetes and payment processing providers (e.g., Stripe).
Basic understanding of how AI models work.
