Join Kraken’s Growth Marketing team as a Futures Affiliate Manager, driving the expansion of our global affiliate program with a focus on APAC and MENA regions. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to shape strategy, nurture partnerships, and accelerate the adoption of crypto through our futures product. Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment with world-class professionals dedicated to financial freedom and inclusion.

Job Overview

Lead the scaling of Kraken's Futures affiliate program in APAC and MENA.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support go-to-market strategies and campaigns.
Drive data-driven decision making and optimize program performance.
Champion Kraken’s mission and crypto values in all affiliate activities.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, recruit, and nurture new and existing affiliates, with a regional focus.
Monitor affiliate content for regional and product compliance.
Analyze performance data to uncover opportunities and present regular updates.
Plan and test placements, commissions, incentives, and creatives to enhance metrics.
Negotiate placements and payout structures with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).

Required Skills & Qualifications

4+ years of experience in affiliate or KOL marketing, preferably in finance or crypto.
Global experience, with emphasis on APAC and MENA regions.
Proficiency with affiliate marketing platforms (Impact preferred).
Strong negotiation and partnership-building skills.
Exceptional data analysis abilities and understanding of KPIs (CAC, ARPU, ROAS).
Excellent written and verbal communication in an asynchronous, remote environment.
Creative and persistent in pursuing unconventional partnerships.
Personal interest in crypto and blockchain technology.
Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced teams.
