Job Overview

Lead global expansion projects from strategic development to revenue realization.
Collaborate with legal, finance, compliance, and marketing teams to ensure regulatory alignment and licensing success.
Develop business plans, financial models, and operational flows for new markets.
Drive process improvements to optimize organizational efficiency across regions.
Foster industry-leading standards in crypto education, security, and client support.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver Kraken’s operating infrastructure and commercial strategy worldwide.
Manage cross-functional initiatives for seamless market entry and regulatory compliance.
Establish best practices for license acquisition and regulatory project management.
Partner with business, finance, and legal teams to maximize strategic opportunities.
Create and standardize resources, processes, and documentation for global expansion.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in consulting, financial services, strategy, or related roles.
Strong knowledge of crypto business models and financial products.
Experience in business process management and scaling in international or hyper-growth companies.
Proven ability to balance regulatory requirements with business objectives for emerging financial products.
Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with G-Suite; SQL proficiency a plus.
Financial modeling experience; MBA preferred.
Excellent communication, adaptability, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with attention to detail and a hands-on approach.
Experience working with financial regulators and license acquisition.
Knowledge of Lean principles, Six Sigma, or business process management.
