Seeking a skilled Global Compliance Manager to oversee import compliance for Block's hardware portfolio across multiple regions. This remote position offers the opportunity to lead customs clearance operations, develop strategic sourcing initiatives, and build scalable compliance solutions to support new product development.

Responsibilities

Own global import compliance for Block's hardware portfolio
Lead customs clearance operations and import compliance across regions
Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives
Build scalable compliance solutions to support new product development
Influence cross-functional and external partners for outsourced compliance models

Requirements & Qualifications

8+ years in global logistics procurement and carrier management
Experience in HTS classification, customs valuation, entry filing, and import regulations
Licensed Customs Broker or Certified Customs Specialist preferred
Strong supplier relationships in brokerage, forwarding, and trade tech
Proven ability to reduce exceptions and improve clearance accuracy
