As a Global Partnerships Integration Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in leading program management for strategic integrations between Pismo and non-Visa product ecosystems. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for a highly organized, influential professional with deep expertise in banking technology partnerships, eager to drive scalable integration initiatives that unlock significant business value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead structured intake, evaluation, and prioritization of integration opportunities by gathering requirements from global stakeholders.
  • Manage end-to-end business case development for proposed integrations, including data collection, financial modeling, competitive analysis, and risk assessment.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, finance, and regional leaders to incorporate local market nuances and customer feedback into integration plans.
  • Define and document operational models for each integration, covering onboarding, ongoing support, and exception management processes.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to establish roles, responsibilities, and SLAs, ensuring seamless delivery of integration projects.
  • Work with commercial, sales, and finance teams to develop region-specific pricing models in line with market dynamics and regulatory requirements.
  • Support go-to-market strategies with Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Visa teams to maximize impact across regions.
  • Maintain organized documentation, timelines, and status updates throughout all project phases.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Based in India with willingness and ability to travel across the country as required.
  • Proven experience in product partnerships and strong network across core banking and issuer processing sectors.
  • Hands-on expertise in managing technical, commercial, and operational alignment with partners, preferably including Pismo.
  • Skilled in prioritization, business case development, and stakeholder management.
  • Familiarity with technology providers supporting core and processing capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to align commercial terms and pricing models with regional market needs.
  • Experience collaborating with sales teams to position partner ecosystems alongside core products.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with proven independent working capabilities.
  • Experience managing technical delivery with product and engineering teams using scalable, standardized approaches.
  • Committed to upholding high standards of security, availability, and compliance.
