AWS Cloud Engineer Generative AI Go Microservices Python Software Engineering Streamlit

Zencore, founded by former Google Cloud leaders, is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our Cloud Engineering team on a short-term contract. You will work closely with fast-paced, innovative clients, helping them modernize data and applications using Google Cloud technologies. As a trusted advisor, you'll guide customers through their cloud transformation, leveraging cutting-edge tools and best practices in a collaborative, co-development environment. This is a fully remote role with a strong emphasis on professionalism, technical leadership, and customer empathy.

Job Overview

Work directly with clients to understand technical challenges and requirements.
Design, communicate, and implement cloud-based solutions using modern architectures.
Lead technical delivery for cloud migration and modernization projects.
Utilize a broad technology stack, including Kubernetes, AI, LLMs, and data platforms.
Collaborate remotely with Zencore and client teams, maintaining clear communication and delivery focus.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and present technical designs based on client requirements.
Estimate delivery timelines and create project plans.
Lead and unblock implementation teams during project execution.
Stay current with industry trends to continuously improve cloud solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within cloud environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience in software engineering roles.
Expertise in Python and familiarity with Go is preferred.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for application deployment.
Proficiency in microservice architectures and data ecosystem integration.
Experience with public cloud platforms (GCP or AWS).
Knowledge of Generative AI, frameworks like Langchain, and Streamlit (or willingness to learn).
CI/CD experience with tools like GitHub Actions or GitLab.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Excellent English communication skills and client-facing professionalism.
Comfortable working remotely and on video calls.
