Job Overview

Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Reddit.
Design and conduct structured A/B tests to enhance campaign performance across creative, audiences, and landing pages.
Collaborate with digital, product, growth, and creative teams to ideate and iterate on effective ad strategies.
Analyze campaign data, providing actionable insights and clear reporting to stakeholders.
Work in a flexible, fully remote environment with a passionate and high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and manage paid social media campaigns across various platforms.
Develop and execute A/B testing for continuous channel optimization.
Monitor and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform decision-making.
Provide detailed performance reporting and translate results into actionable insights.
Partner with creative teams to conceptualize and test new ad creatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2-4+ years hands-on paid social experience in high-growth B2C or e-commerce environments.
Proficient in Meta Ads Manager and other major paid social management platforms.
Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel and pivot tables.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
Curiosity and technical aptitude, particularly with pixels, UTMs, and ad tracking.
Collaborative mindset, comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
Bonus: Experience with web analytics tools (Amplitude, Omni, Tableau, Looker) and attribution modeling.
