The Senior Director, Growth & Digital Experience (WordPress VIP) will drive the digital strategy, growth, and commercial success of the WordPress VIP website and associated digital properties. This leadership role focuses on transforming the website into a high-performing revenue engine, showcasing the best of WordPress for leading global brands. As a remote leader, you will define vision, optimize user journeys, and deliver measurable business impact through content, performance marketing, and data-driven experimentation. This is an opportunity to shape enterprise digital experiences at scale while leading cross-functional teams in a fully-remote, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the digital vision and strategy for the WordPress VIP website, focusing on conversion, pipeline, and revenue growth.
Lead website optimization initiatives including CRO, A/B testing, personalization, and user journey enhancements.
Oversee performance marketing across SEM, paid social, display, and retargeting to drive B2B enterprise customer acquisition.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, analytics, and agency partners to deliver unified digital experiences.
Analyze and report on campaign performance, marketing ROI, and website analytics to inform strategy and drive continuous improvement.
Manage and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and growth outcomes.
Mentor and lead marketing teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and high performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Several years of experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing for high-growth, matrixed organizations.
Expertise in digital marketing channels such as SEM, paid social, programmatic, and retargeting.
Strong hands-on experience in website strategy, conversion rate optimization, and user experience improvements.
Proficiency in analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker) and A/B testing tools (e.g., Google Optimize).
Demonstrated ability to forecast, manage budgets, and optimize marketing investments for business impact.
Exceptional communication, storytelling, and project management skills.
Proven cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, product, analytics, and design teams.
Leadership experience in building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing marketing teams.
Commercial mindset with the ability to marry brand and acquisition for enterprise growth.
Based in North America; comfortable in a fully remote, flexible work environment.
