As the Growth Marketing Lead, you will architect, execute, and optimize a full-funnel user growth strategy—driving acquisition, activation, retention, and re-engagement globally. This leadership role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver sustainable user and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and lead Flipster’s growth marketing strategy across acquisition, lifecycle (CRM), and organic channels aligned with company goals.
  • Own performance and budget allocation for paid channels and lifecycle campaigns, ensuring scalable and efficient user growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team across performance marketing, CRM, and SEO.
  • Oversee campaign execution and growth experiments, ensuring cross-team alignment.
  • Develop and manage a data-driven operating model with forecasting, funnel analytics, attribution, and performance dashboards.
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to optimize user journeys from acquisition to retention.
  • Drive SEO strategy and expand qualified organic traffic in partnership with content and technical teams.
  • Champion cross-functional initiatives and go-to-market strategies that increase user acquisition, retention, and trading volume.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in growth, performance, or lifecycle marketing, with at least 3 years in a lead or managerial role.
  • Proven track record leading multi-functional growth teams (paid acquisition, CRM, SEO), ideally in crypto, fintech, or Web3.
  • Experience managing significant growth budgets and demonstrating measurable ROI.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills in high-growth environments.
  • Deep understanding of funnel metrics, experimentation frameworks, attribution models, and analytics.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Amplitude, Iterable, or similar CRM/analytics tools.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Fluency in English; Mandarin or another APAC language is a strong plus.
