Job Overview

As a Growth Partnership Manager, you will nurture key accounts, hunt for new business opportunities, and collaborate with leading institutions to position Centrapay as a market leader in digital payments. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and stay ahead of industry trends such as Open Banking.

Key Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth by managing and expanding key accounts.
Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities in the payments sector.
Lead strategic sales conversations to convert prospects into long-term partners.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions that meet client needs.
Monitor industry trends and help position Centrapay at the forefront of payment innovation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven track record in B2B fintech, payments, or SaaS sales.
Exceptional relationship-building and account management skills.
Strong hunter mentality with the ability to seek and close new business.
Strategic thinker capable of translating client needs into impactful solutions.
Passion for Open Banking and emerging payment technologies.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Self-motivated and results-driven mindset.
Experience working with digital assets, smart contracts, or blockchain is advantageous.
Based in Auckland, Wellington, or Christchurch.
Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive team culture.
