Join Redcare Pharmacy as a (Junior) Marketing Manager focused on Growth Partnerships and Price Comparison. Drive marketing cooperation and affiliate strategies in Belgium and France, optimizing key performance metrics and expanding our presence through impactful partnerships. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage data-driven insights to maximize customer acquisition and sustainable growth in a dynamic, international environment. Remote work options available, with regular team meetups in Cologne.

Key Responsibilities

Build and scale marketing partnerships in Belgium and France, identifying, onboarding, and managing affiliates and price comparison partners.
Optimize performance by tracking and improving KPIs such as CPO, COS, and new customer share.
Negotiate contracts, manage the affiliate network (Awin), and conduct market and competitor analyses to identify trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with the brand team to develop creative campaign assets and ensure effective implementation across partnerships and affiliate channels.
Lead the evolution of onsite banner and voucher strategies, including testing and performance optimization for customer acquisition.
Support cross-functional marketing projects with a focus on AI-driven personalization and predictive targeting, documenting learnings for scalability.
Plan and execute voucher business with new and existing partners, including onboarding, negotiation, and performance tracking.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field, ideally with initial experience in marketing partnerships or performance marketing.
Strong analytical skills with a keen interest in data and KPIs.
Motivation to explore and expand the Belgian and French markets.
Excellent team player comfortable in an international, fast-growing environment.
Fluency in German and English; French or Dutch language skills are a plus.
Willingness to work remotely, with monthly team meetings in Cologne.
Proactive approach to learning, development, and contributing to overall team success.
