Join our team as a GTM Lead Engineer where you will be responsible for designing the outbound infrastructure from scratch, building AI-powered prospecting workflows, creating a signal layer for Sales and Customer Service, owning the GTM tech stack architecture, automating prep, follow-up, and notes, and running the motion early with the ability to scale as needed. You should have 5-10 years of experience in GTM engineering, RevOps, or outbound growth in B2B SaaS. Deep knowledge of modern GTM stack technologies such as Clay, Instantly/Smartlead, Apollo, Gong, and CRM automation is a must. The ideal candidate should be able to code or script automations, work with APIs, have a builder mindset, commercial and technical fluency, connect signals to revenue, autonomy with real ownership from day one, velocity with early senior responsibility, and the ability to scale towards $100M ARR by the end of 2026 with equity ownership.
