GTM Strategy Associate Director

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize GTM strategies to accelerate customer acquisition and retention.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to align objectives and achieve business targets.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess GTM effectiveness.
• Drive process improvements to streamline operations and enhance team productivity.
• Support leadership in strategic planning and execution of high-impact initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in GTM strategy, operations, or business management roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across remote teams.
• Familiarity with payroll, compliance, or SaaS business models is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
