Parexel, a leading global clinical research organization, is seeking a Senior Manager to oversee GxP Global Development Training Quality. This role focuses on developing, implementing, and continuously improving global training models to ensure compliance, quality, and effectiveness in GxP environments. The position partners with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to support regulatory and operational excellence in clinical development and training programs worldwide.

Job Overview

This role serves as the single point of contact for GxP training across global development teams, ensuring curriculum design, compliance, and continuous improvement. The Senior Manager collaborates with regional trainers and business partners to analyze training needs, develop role-based curricula, and monitor training effectiveness, supporting Parexel’s mission to accelerate the delivery of life-changing medicines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of global GxP training models and support structures.
  • Collaborate with LCoE teams and stakeholders to enhance compliance strategies at the local and global level.
  • Serve as the primary contact for training partners, providing guidance on country-specific GxP curricula.
  • Analyze LMS data, resolve complex training and compliance issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness and compliance of global training programs.
  • Conduct and facilitate training sessions on quality and compliance topics as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Clinical, Pharmaceutical, or Medical Device industries with GxP knowledge.
  • At least 5 years in a customer-facing role, preferably in Pharma/Medical Device services.
  • Proficient in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and data analysis.
  • Strong project management and prioritization abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience working with global training teams preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% as required.
