Job Overview

At Automattic, our Happiness Engineers are responsible for creating and protecting the customer experience. This fully remote position involves helping customers via email and live chat, with constant peer support through Slack.

Responsibilities
  • Provide customer support via email and live chat
  • Identify and solve technical problems
  • Advocate for customers internally
Requirements & Qualifications
  • WordPress and/or WooCommerce experience
  • Customer support experience
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Self-starter mentality
  • Unique expertise in a relevant field
