Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a specialized recruiting team across Communications, Brand, and Marketing
  • Partner with CCO, Head of Brand, and Head of Marketing across leaders
  • Develop tailored assessments for creative and strategic talent
  • Cascade best practices to peer GTM recruiting leaders
  • Drive global alignment as hiring expands into EMEA and APAC
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 10+ years of recruiting experience with 5+ years leading teams
  • Experience recruiting for Marketing, Communications, or Brand with assessment of creative/strategic talent
  • Exceptional EQ and stakeholder partnership with senior leaders
  • Track record building recruiting practices that influence other teams
  • Operational rigor and data fluency; comfortable with pipeline analytics/forecasting
  • Global collaboration experience; influence across regions
