Collabora is seeking an experienced Head of People Operations (POps) to lead and develop our global People Operations function. This is a full-time, fully remote position with no geographical restrictions, offering the opportunity to work from anywhere while supporting our mission as an open source technical consultancy.

Job Overview

Lead the People Operations strategy for a 100% remote, international workforce.
Drive organizational culture and employee engagement within a distributed team.
Partner with leadership to align people initiatives with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR policies and best practices suited for a remote-first environment.
Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
Manage employee relations, performance management, and professional development programs.
Ensure compliance with global employment laws and regulations.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in People Operations or HR leadership roles within remote or distributed teams.
Strong understanding of international employment practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and scale people processes in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for open source and technical organizations is a plus.
