Lead the strategic vision and execution of design and product management for a suite of cutting-edge crypto and DeFi products, including synthetic dollars and institutional-grade blockchain solutions. You will elevate our user experience, set uncompromising UX standards, and drive the design culture for a globally accessible financial ecosystem. This is a remote-friendly leadership role reporting to the CEO, ideal for those passionate about shaping the future of finance.

Job Overview

Own design strategy and vision across all user-facing products.
Directly contribute to high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and animations.
Integrate product management responsibilities, including roadmap and project tracking.
Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and business development teams.
Lead and mentor a growing design team, fostering autonomy and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a holistic design strategy aligned with business and user needs.
Audit, refactor, and enforce high UX standards across dashboards and interfaces.
Manage design resources, including external consultancies and freelancers.
Implement lightweight product management processes and stakeholder communication frameworks.
Establish project management infrastructure using tools like Linear and Notion.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iterations.
Mentor and scale the design team, supporting professional growth and autonomy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven leadership in design strategy and execution.
Strong project management experience, including milestone tracking and resource allocation.
Expertise in visual, UX/UI, interaction, and brand design using modern tools.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Spline, Three.JS, TailwindCSS, WebGL, and animation tools.
Track record of hiring, mentoring, and scaling design teams.
Extensive user research and usability testing experience, including A/B testing.
Advanced understanding of Web3, crypto user behaviors, and DeFi interface design.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a remote, collaborative environment.
Passion for building open, efficient, and interconnected financial systems.
