Responsibilities

• Own and lead Faire’s global tax function
• Oversee ASC 740 reporting and public company readiness
• Proactively manage tax risk across jurisdictions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Implement scalable and compliant tax solutions

Requirements & Qualifications

• 15+ years in progressive tax experience
• Experience in ASC 740, US federal/state, international, and indirect tax
• Experience in multi-jurisdictional and global ecommerce environments
• CPA or JD required, advanced tax degree a plus
• Track record in improving processes, automation, and controls
